We collect account information you provide (name, email, organization, and license details), order and sample data you submit, and basic technical data (such as log and device information) needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process and track lab test orders, generate invoices and compliance documents, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We share information with service providers that help us run the platform (such as authentication, storage, accounting, and email providers, including QuickBooks Online when you connect it), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

If an administrator connects a QuickBooks Online company, we exchange order and invoice data with Intuit's QuickBooks API to create and retrieve invoices. We store the tokens needed to maintain that connection and never share your QuickBooks credentials. You can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks or from the admin settings in this app.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update your account information, request deletion of your account, and disconnect third-party integrations. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional data rights may apply.
